Their web site forms that basis of all their sales activities, whether it’s a an internet customer shopping on the site or a telephone customer talking to one of their travel consultants. All orders and quotes are generated by the system, which logs all correspondence to and from the customer.
The admin side of the site allows for sales consultants to closely monitor the progress of any orders they have been assigned. The beauty of cactus admin is that it is totally internet based, on a secure server and password protected. Cactus consultants are able to login to the system from anywhere in the world with a standard internet connection.
